INGREDIENTS
250g butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
100ml peanut butter
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 1/2 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups cake flour
2 cups oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
METHOD
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each is added.
Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Dissolve the bicarbonate of soda in the milk. Add the milk mixture and vanilla essence to the butter mixture and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake the biscuits for about 12 mins at 190C until golden brown.
Makes about 120 biscuits.
