INGREDIENTS
Stock: either meat (shin) or vegetable stock & water
1 packet sugar beans
4 potatoes
2 onions
4 grated carrots
1 cup samp
1 packet brown onion soup
Garlic
Salt and pepper
METHOD
In a pressure cooker, Fry the meat & onions.
Add the remaining ingredients and top with water.
Pressure cook until done.
Note: Add bacon for flavour, I take empty chutney/marmite containers and fill with water to get all the flavours out and add that.
