Mayonnaise


INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp dry mustard

1 1/2 Tbsp flour

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup water

1 cup vinegar

25g butter


METHOD

Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Pour into a glass jar and seal when cold. Store in the fridge.
